Drink water on an empty stomach

Recently I have been looking at small changes I could make to my lifestyle that would make maximum impact for good.  I read somewhere once that drinking a glass or two of water thirty minutes to an hour before your breakfast can do you a world of good.  Inspired I have been doing that most days now for about 10 days or so.

Then last night as I scrolled over my social media and I came across this bit of information and it would appear that my memory is correct.  I must say if what they say is correct the difference it could make is staggering. Personally I have found that my energy has been improving and so has my attention span.  Encouraged I will keep on and maybe report back any findings, mean time why don’t you give it a go.  What have you to lose?   Have you any we suggestions you could supply that will have maximum impact on ones health?
