17st 13.25lbs (251.25lbs)
0.5lbs lighter than last week – 51.75lbs lighter than Aug ’08 (303lbs)

* Not bad given that I’ve lost nearly a stone over the past month, perhaps it needed to slow down for a wee while!


*An interesting week as I started to eat fruit only for lunch for a few days, did my first pilates session, and trained twice a days on a few occasions!
