Tip 8 – Keep alert to diet invaders!

It’s funny how things creep back into your diet when you’re not looking. I’m finding that I’m having to analysis what I’m eating every 2 – 3 weeks. You ban chocolate, then subtly things like low fat chocolate biscuits creep in through the back door using such excuses like – they’re not real chocolate anyway… My advice keep an eye open and keep alert, and if it helps record what your eating. It’s amazing the things that can catch you off guard…

    peppermint squares, i could eat five in a row at 11pm … keep going Pete, there is a kwer difference in your two head shots.
