My measurements (Personal stats)

Neck = 16.5 Inches (0.5 inches smaller than March ’09)

Upper arm = 14.5 Inches (0.5 inches bigger than March ’09)
Fore arm = 12 Inches (0.5 inches bigger than March ’09)
Chest = 45.5 Inches (1 inch smaller than March ’09)
Stomach = 53.5 Inches (1.5 inches smaller than March ’09)
Waist = 43 Inches (2 inches smaller than March ’09)
Thigh = 24 Inches (Same as March ’09)
Calf = 18 Inches (1 inch bigger than March ’09)

My priority is to lose bulk from my torso and I’m delighted to see it happening the areas of growth can be explained by exercise – good result!!
